* Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
* To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
* Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
* The customer receives a damaged product.
* The customer receives an incorrect product.
* The product is lost during transit and is not delivered.
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or relevant proof.
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
To be eligible for a return:
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
* The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
* Proof of damage or incorrect shipment must be provided.
* Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
* Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Refunds will not be provided for
* Opened or used products.
* Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.
* Incorrect address provided by the customer.
* Delivery delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
* Failure to answer the order confirmation call, resulting in delivery issues.
